This was to be my retirement project. The bad news is that I�ve retired 3 times and I�m still working � because I like to work and because I have two daughters in college.

The car is black with a black convertible top. The transmission was rebuilt 2 years and 5,000 miles ago. The convertible top needs to be replaced as the threads in the rear windows dry rotted. It is stowed below the cover. The removable hardtop is red and is in good shape. I have a new laminate for the shifting console but have not figured out how to implement it. The photos do a fine job of showing the car.

Ninety percent of what needs to be done is cosmetic. No visible rust. I created a scratch on the red hardtop where I didn�t get someone to help me remove it. You need either an electric hoist or 2 more people. A little elbow grease will go a long way.

I drive it every week or two around town, running errands. I had hoped to restore it to the finest of detail that would be sufficient enough to satisfy the connoisseurs at Barrett Jackson and recapture some of my investment. The Speedo is showing 139,000 miles, but I know it has gone more miles than that because it indicates your speed, but not the miles traveled. The bright head lights do not work and I�m not sure if it�s the multifunction switch in the steering column or a loose wire. The more I think about it - its probably a loose wire because the radio and the AC/Heater blower work some of the time.

The car is located in Augusta, Georgia and can be inspected and driven by appointment. YOU CAN INSPECT IT PRIOR TO ANY PAYMENT. It has current plates and insurance.

45+ MPG. This truck has had a tough life with the last few years as an engine hauling buggy, thus the dented and wavy bed. There is a significant amout of rust, but not the worst specimen of it's kind, according to experts. As part of it's most recent repairs, it has a new timing belt, new injectors and glow plugs, new Racor filter/water seperator, new fuel lines. Smokes cold, better when warm. My son and I purchased from North Carolina in March, drove it 300 miles home with no problem. The tires are a little larger than original, so as I was traveling "60" MPH to get home, my son who was following in a 2006 Toyota told me we were actually travelling around 75-80 MPH. The e-brake is inoperative. New shifter bushigs installed 20 miles ago. Sorry pics are not very good. Driver's seat is torn, but has new seat cover. Service manual comes with it, as well as the fairly new in dash CD player. We will be losing money at the selling price of $1995.00 but my son is in college and doesn't have the time or skills needed to complete the job. (706)414-6369.

This is a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT that has just hit 110,000K miles (service just done). The vehicle is in good running condition, and has a clean exterior with some minor scratches. This has been my prime mover for the past 7 years, I am the original owner. There has never been smoking allowed in this vehicle. It has some modifications, it was a project I started. It has 3 TVs, a DVD player, under body street glow neon kit, wood grain kit added, 20" Giovanna Attack chrome rims with AMERICAN Goodyear tires, clear corner lights, euro tail lights, 2.5" ground force lower spring drop, K&N air intake, plus a few other mods. This vehicle is a show stopper and turns heads. I still have the original factory sticker for a complete list of options and features. Recently it has been getting the best gas mileage in it's 7 years (for an SUV). 18mpg highway 14mpg city, 300 to 400 miles on a tank of gas.
