Available We are currently looking for an individual interested in renting a room on a short term, month-to-month basis. We have a fully furnished bedroom on the upper level of our home with a full bath. This is the perfect situation for anyone between apartments, new to the area, moving off base, or looking to change homes and only wants a place to stay for a few weeks or a month.

We are a happily married couple with no drama, and we have 2 little dogs. We do not allow other animals, children, smoking/drugs or over-night guests in our home.

If you are interested in living in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, please let us know. The room has a full size bed, a nice size double closet, chest of drawers, a mini fridge, carpeting, a ceiling fan a small table (desk area) with 2 chairs, TV and a double window (with blinds and curtains) with a view of the front yard.

The price is not negotiable, but we can work out when you are going to arrive and leave so we can plan ahead. Rent is expected UP FRONT and for a month at a time unless other arrangements have been made with us. Pictures of the house and room are below.

The price (500/month) includes all utilities/bills that come with the home. One of the rooms has been converted to a workout room. There is a brand new treadmill, a TV, and a bench and free weights at your disposal. We have Cable TV in the living room (and the room for rent), access to wireless internet that is strong throughout the house and out back there is a nice deck with a covered patio table and chairs and a grill. There is also a really nice hammock for lounging the evening away in the back yard. ;) **There is also a laundry room in the house with washer/dryer for your use**
