So I just moved into this really amazing townhome in West Lake, and it is one of the best that one could ever want.
It has everything, berber carpet, amazing stainless steel kitchen, two story, two bedroom one and half bath, automatic lights, no expenses were spared when this place was built.....you must see it to beleive it.
The rent on this place alone is $1300 a month, Cable, Internet, and Phone is an additional $100, Power is like $150, and water is $75 and the membership fee for the community is $200.....all I want for you to pay is $400 a month, at the begining of the month, each month. This does include EVERYTHING!
First of all, I am looking for a friend, a long time friend someone I can smoke hookah with at work on the balcony, or go out and have fun with, someone who I can be friend with not jsut someone who lives in MY house.
