The rent will be $300 and split utilities which include cable tv, high speed wireless internet, electricity and water and sewer- I estimate half of those costs is approximately $100 per month give or take a few bucks.
The bedroom is quite large, about 11x12 with a nice size closet. The apartment has washer and dryer which you will have full use of. There are two empty rooms. Both approximately equal in size and measure about 10'x14'. Just eyeballing it for the sake of this post. Amenities include a decently-sized suburban front and backyard, basketball hoop with paved area in back yard, wired high-speed/broadband internet in every bedroom with wireless in the common rooms, basic cable which covers hbo/shotime, and centralization to multiple restaurants/fast food joints/grocery stores/gas stations.
I attend ASU and it is (I think) 8 miles from here to ASU. It takes approximately 15-25 minutes to get there depending on the time of day and how you drive.
Finally, the few rules of the house aside from those stated above are that you keep your stuff in your room, put your dishes in the dishwasher when you're finished, and keep your laundry in your own room until you do it.
It's not as strict as it sounds here but I tried to cover all the basics. We're NOT romantically involved in any way so no worries there. You would be sharing a bathroom with her but she is gone by around 7:30 AM every day of the week. I hold at my discretion the ability to evict thirty days after notice of eviction.

I am probably the perfect roommate because I spend most of my time traveling. I will keep a bedroom in the house and be there from time to time to check on things, but not on a day-to-day level.
We have a five-bedroom home and we're looking for just one or two more roommates. The home is situated on a large lot with a back patio and a front porch. We have a long driveway for parking. It's convenient to just about anywhere you need to go and located in a quiet retired neighborhood.
