Needed someone to finish making an old house in the country liveable. Must have some sort of income. Promises of 'gonna get a job' not acceptable. Not a share. You will be there by yourself. Need someone with carpentry/painting abilities. House is not 420/alcohol friendly. Total clean and sober living. No exceptions. 4 br/1 ba sits on 5 acres +/- and there are 2 men living across the road. You must have a car and provide a criminal background check at your own expense. No photos of house without that. No directions so you can look it up. Consider it a sort of pre approval before we do any further business. Require $200 deposit in case you decide to leave me with an unpaid light bill. You pay electric bill. Has internet, twin bed, water, electricity, laundry room with washer. If you have a camper and want free place to park it while you work on house full sewer, water, electric hook up. This is a private place and no visitors are welcome for any reason. This is a job/housing offer-not a place to party or bring trash. If you need to visit someone go to them. This is a job site and I expect work to be done. We do not need any strangers here and you will be asked to leave if that occurs. Had a guy that came for a few months and did a little work then disappeared leaving me with to pay his last light bill. Not looking for that again.
