Whether you need to make subs, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, or even pizza, this model is sure to impress. It features a catalytic converter to limit smoke, grease, and odor emissions so that you don't need to worry about a costly hood installation, making it an excellent choice not only for restaurants, convenience stores, and sandwich shops, but also for airports and other operations where an exhaust hood may not be practical.
This rapid cook countertop oven boasts simple, intuitive touchscreen controls that allow you to store up to 256 recipes so you can offer a diverse menu with guaranteed consistency. Creating and managing your recipes couldn't be any easier thanks to the USB port that allows you to create and tweak recipes on your computer and upload them directly to the oven. To help you get the most out of your new rapid cook oven and keep it running at peak performance, the TurboChef BULLET comes equipped with a baking stone and aluminum paddle. This unit can operate on either a 208V connection at 5,990W or a 240V connection at 6,675W.
