An amateur restoration on a 1940 Schwinn built Packard DX model. Has parade bars and an auxillary horn (not tested). The bike has go and whoa but I'm uncertain of when it was serviced last. A great opportunity to pick up a prewar Schwinn at a fair price. If the ad is up its still available. Cash on pick-up. Thanks
