Overview: Programmic initiives for the stroke sub-service line and assure compliance with DNV stroke certificion requirements. Serves as the point of contact for stroke trement throughout the hospital, and works collaborively with the Stroke Committee and other key stakeholders on all stroke efforts. Functions as a clinician, an educor, a consultant and a researcher with the primary responsibility for promoting quality care for stroke pients. Coordine care of stroke pients in order to meet multiple service needs, ensure continuity of care, and elimine fragmention of care and services in all settings across the continuum.

Qualificions:

Educion

• Gradue from an accredited school of nursing Required
• Bachelors Degree Preferred or
• Masters degree Preferred

• 3 years of recent and relevant clinical experience reled to stroke care Required
• Experience with da analysis and research Required

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia Ste Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multiste Licensure Current License in the Ste of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multiste License Upon Hire Required and
• NIHSS certificion Upon Hire Required
• CNRN - Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse Preferred
• SCRN - Stroke Certified Registered Nurse Preferred
