Responsibilities:

The Procedure Support Tech I performs pient and non-pient functions under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse. This job is responsible for performing a range of self-directed support activities th contribute to the overall efficiency of the perioperive area(s). Work involves inventorying, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, maintaining opering room equipment, positioning pients, and pient preparion for procedure. If needed assists with case cart preparion. Assists in maintaining a clean, sanitary, orderly procedural environment, and transports pients as required. To function as an integral member of the opering room team and contribute to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful and effective pient care environment.

Qualificions:

Educion

• H.S. Diploma or General Educion Degree (GED) Required

• BCLS - Basic Life Support AHS BLS Certificion Upon Hire Required
