Overview: Programmic initiives for the stroke sub-service line and assure compliance with Primary Stroke Center certificion requirements. Serves as the point of contact for stroke trement throughout the hospital, and works collaborively with the Stroke Committee Chairman and other key stakeholders on all stroke efforts. Functions as a clinician, an educor, a consultant and a researcher with the primary responsibility for promoting quality care for stroke pients. Coordine and manages care of stroke pients in order to meet multiple service needs, ensure continuity of care, and elimine fragmention of care and services in all settings across the continuum. Qualificions: Educion

• Gradue from a nursing program Required
• Associes Degree and five (5) years of recent and relevant clinical experience reled to stroke care Required or
• Bachelors Degree and three (3) years of recent and relevant clinical experience reled to stroke care Required or
• Masters degree Preferred

• 3 years of recent and relevant clinical experience reled to stroke care and a bachelor's degree Required or
• 5 years of recent and relevant clinical experience reled to stroke care and a associes degree Required
• Experience with da analysis and research Required

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia Ste Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multiste Licensure Current License in the Ste of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multiste License Upon Hire Required
• NIHSS certificion Upon Hire Required
• CNRN - Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse Preferred or
• SCRN - Stroke Certified Registered Nurse Preferred
