We are looking for dependable individuals to secret shop one or more multifamily housing communities in their area. This role involves a brief 10-minute training call, visiting the assigned property to take a standard leasing tour as a prospective renter, and completing an online evaluation afterward. Candidates should be reliable, timely, able to follow instructions, and work efficiently, with a professional demeanor. Access to a computer to complete the evaluation is preferred.
