Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine inspections and repairs on building structures (roofs, walls, doors) and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure functionality.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the premises, including painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures.
Groundskeeping: Manage outdoor areas, such as removing debris, landscaping, and snow removal.
Technical Support: Utilize tools and read technical manuals or blueprints to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Documentation & Coordination: Maintain logs of work performed, inventory, and, if necessary, oversee outside contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
