Overall length is 30 ft.
Full size bed in the back and over the cab. The sofa will also convert to a bed.
It has been maintained for the 2-3 years I have owned it which include the following:
6 new tires in January of 2024 (around the same time as the oil change which was full synthetic and 3-4K miles ago)
New universal joints put in April 2024
Roof covers were put on when I bought it
It has had other RV maintenance type things done to it which would include stuff like a new fuse, new sink faucet, new plumbing from when the tire blew out, new trailer light plug, new handles on rear basement compartments, etc.
Generator runs and makes power - 1950 approx hrs on it
