Billy Cook Saddle (Nebraska)
Hand made by Billy Cook himself in one of his last builds (2009/10). Billy tasked his nephew to make the saddle, but dropped the ball for months. When Billy found out I hadn't got my saddle, he fired the boy and made this one himself. Piece of history. Custom 14.5 tree not offered in this Nebraska model at the time. Backstrap with mohair cinch strap, latigo, and wrapped horn. Weaver padded saddle blanket. Last is the headstall kit. Includes snaffle bit, curb chain with straps, and roping reins with quick release. Other items include are halter w/lead rope, feed bag, cantle bag, German leather martingale, chaps w/cell pockets and quick links, spurs, speed rope, rawhide lariat rope, saddle stand. Asking 3225 obo.
