Overview: Performs duties of distribution, documention and compounding reled to drugs, solutions and equipment to meet the needs of pients and staff. Responsible for the reviewing, compounding, dispensing and monitoring of medicion therapy for infants, pediric, adolescent, adult and geriric pients which includes dosing variions, nutritional needs and disease stes associed with the various age groups. Supervises pharmacy technician activities including monitoring of all orders filled by auxiliary personnel. Assumes responsibility for competency and self-development in professional pharmacy practice. Performs pient focused care clinical activities throughout the hospital, to provide pients with optimal medicion therapy.

Qualificions:

Educion

• Gradue of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelors or higher in Pharmacy Required

• No experience required Required
• Hospital pharmacy experience Preferred

• PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the ste of Georgia Upon Hire Required
