Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable Cleaner/Organizer to help maintain cleanliness and improve organization across our properties and office spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, has an eye for detail, and takes initiative. Responsibilities included but not limited to: *General cleaning of office spaces and other properties(sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, etc) *Deep cleaning as needed *Organizing storage areas, offices, supplies, and other properties *Decluttering and improving overall organization systems *Noticing and reporting maintenance or supply needs *Maintaining a neat, welcoming environment

Qualifications:
*Prior cleaning experience preferred *Strong organizational skills highly valued(higher pay available for proven experience) *Ability to work independently and efficiently *Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy *Ability to lift/move moderate items as needed Compensation: *Starting pay $35 hr pay based on experience and pay history *Higher pay offered for candidates with strong organizing experience Come join our growing team!
