SD Properties is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Handyman to join our growing team. We manage and maintain residential and commercial properties and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can handle a wide range of repair and improvement tasks.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
*Perform general carpentry work
*Handle maintenance and repair tasks
*Complete work orders efficiently and to a high standard
*Troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions
*Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements that are a must:
*Proven experience as a carpenter and handyman
*Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and general maintenance
*Valid driver's license
*Reliable transportation
*Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
Compensation:
* Starting pay $35 hr. Competitive pay based on experience and pay history
