We're expanding our network and seeking out PROPERTY PRESERVATION vendors who can help us maintain properties to a high standard. Property Preservation entails performing work at/maintaining foreclosed homes.

⚡ What You'll Be Doing:

✔️ Lock change, winterization, grass cut, and debris removal
✔️ Taking clear before–during–after photos of every task
✔️ Providing repair estimates when needed
✔️ Noticing and reporting additional work opportunities
✔️ Following work order instructions and meeting deadlines

🛠️ What You'll Need:

✔️ General tools & cleaning supplies
✔️ Landscaping equipment
✔️ Truck & trailer
✔️ Generator, air compressor, and standalone gauge
✔️ Common preservation materials (HUD locks, tarps, lumber, RV antifreeze, etc.)
