Our company manages bank-owned properties and is currently hiring part time field technicians. We are looking for a dependable candidates who is able to meet the following requirements:
1. Must be able to take required property photos based on a provided checklist.
2. Must be able to determine occupancy and post notice.
2. Must be comfortable uploading photos to a shared drive.
3. Must agree to payment via ACH within 24 hour.
