Hi. I'm an older guy that is a good man. I'm losing where I live and need a place of my own as soon as possible. Can go upwards of 20k cash or I can trade a 1999 GMC Sonoma Coachmen 18' Class B Motorhome 101k or a 1998 Chevy K3500 Crew Cab 4WD 132k. Can only trade 1 or the cash. Currently in Fla however will consider other states preferably not too far away. It can be a fixer upper just not destroyed. I need something livable or not too far from that. Please no bad crime areas. The only real requirement is that it has some land for my trailers, cars, truck etc. A garage would be outstanding. I know there's a place for me out there, probably a few for a good man like me. I would love to have a place of my own to fix up and restore. Please let me if you know of a home that's not being used or has been misused asap because I don't want to waste the money that took me so long to save and I had to live so humbly to acquire.
