This is a 13.7x11 unfurnished room within a spacious 5 bed 3 full bathroom house. You would share one bathrooms with two other people. This includes access to a community pool, and other resources. The rent is $700 and inclusdes the utilities, washer and dryer, and access to kitchen supplies and common areas. The house is less than 7 minutes from Fort Gordon gate 1 and 9 minutes from gate 6. After the tenant screen, it’s $1,300 to move in (The first month’s rent and security deposit) and a month to month lease.
Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.
No smoking is allowed in the house.

About the roomies
There are currently four of us living in the house. I’m military, one is a manager at Waffle House, one is retired, and one works at a gym and fast food. Overall, we get along prety well and I plan housemate events for us all to hang out. We have chores and clean up after ourselves to maintain a clean environment. When I am home, I am either in the living room on my laptop or in my office working. The other housemate comes through sometimes to talk about cybersecurity, military, life, experiences, etc. We use Discord to communicate and socialize.
