This is a 12x14 room with a bathroom on the first floor of spacious 5 bed 3 full bathroom house. The development includes a community pool, clubhouse, and it is a few minutes from the Euchee Creek trail for the outdoors. The rent is $700 and has all the utilities and access to a washer and dryer. The house is less than 10 minutes from Fort Eisenhower Gate 6. After the tenant screen, it’s $1,300 to move in (The first month’s rent and security deposit)(I can be flexible).
Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.
No smoking is allowed in the house.

About the roomies
There are currently four housemates in the house and I live in a seperate house. Overall everyone gets along pretty well and I periodically plan housemate events such as dinner. I make sure that we maintain a clean environment where everyone is comfortable living here, communicates, and cleans up after themselves.
