I am a licensed Georgia Residential Basic Builder, fully eligible to serve as a Qualifying Agent (QA) for your company, so you can pull permits, advertise, bid and legally operate as a General/Residential contractor under Georgia state rules.
✅ What I offer
• Become your company’s official Qualifying Agent (QA) under state licensing law
• Permit & licensing coordination
• Guidance to ensure compliance with state requirements (income & net worth, insurance, bonding)
• Oversight and supervisory support to meet licensing board expectations
• Consulting & guidance on code compliance, permitting, and building-project oversight
✅ What your company must have/have done
• Be registered with Georgia Secretary of State (Corporations Division) and in good standing
• Clean legal/tax record — no liens, bankruptcies, judgments; taxes paid
• Proof of General Liability Insurance (minimum of 500k per occurrence) — and Workers’ Compensation if required.
• Willingness to sign a fixed-fee Employment or Officer Agreement naming me as Qualifying Agent for your company
💵 My Fee Structure
I offer flexible arrangements depending on your needs and project volume. Typical frameworks include:
• Monthly retainer + per-permit/project fee
• Flat annual QA fee + permit coordination
• Revenue-share or project-based stipend
