Single White Male, 56, professional and employed full time. Need a place to sleep/chill - with a private bath. Budget is $500.00 per month - all inclusive. Within 20 minutes of the South Augusta area is preferred to cut down on commute time to work. Most weeks, I would only be there up to 5 nights/week - depending on schedule. Would be up early some mornings (430am) and in late some evenings (1030pm). Gay friendly (closeted - no strings attached); non-smoker, non-drinker, and no drugs. Quiet, easy going, drama free and prefer to be around the same. Thanks for looking. Let me know - and send pics of possible, with at least a rough idea of the location.
