UTILITY CREW / SITE WORK OPERATOR (RV PARK DEVELOPMENT)

Augusta Landworks Bush Hog & Tree Removal
We are hiring experienced utility crew members and equipment operators to help build out a new RV park from the ground up.
This is a production-driven job. You will be expected to work independently and keep jobs moving without constant supervision.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Trenching for water, sewer, and electrical lines
- Installing PVC water lines (C900 / DR-18), sewer pipe, and conduit
- Assisting with lift station installation
- Setting RV pedestals and utility connections
- Rough and final grading
- Working with erosion control and drainage
- Following site layout and grade requirements
REQUIRED (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- MUST be able to accurately read and understand blueprints/site plans WITHOUT supervision
- Must know how to follow layout stakes, elevations, and utility plans
- Must have real experience in site work or utility installation
- Must be able to work without being babysat

EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE:
- Skid Steer (Bobcat)
- Excavator (mini or full size)
- Trencher (preferred)
- Must be willing to work on the ground when needed (not a cab-only job)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Has reliable transportation
- Available for 40+ hours per week
- Some Saturdays required
- Works with urgency and takes pride in production
PAY:
- $22.50 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
