Very high end ornate, hand carved stock. I was offered $500 for this back in 1979 when I first got it. At the time I didn’t know anyone who could replace it for me. The coworker that offered to buy it, I have lost contact with years ago. I thought I might make a lamp with it. Never got to that. Just the wood blank of this quality would cost $978 to $1379 these days.
