Responsibilities
As a Trades Apprentice, you will assist with a variety of bathroom remodeling projects, including:
Demolition and site preparation
Installation of flooring
Trim and finish carpentry
Sheetrock installation and repair
Interior painting
Vanity and top installations
Tile shower and floor installation
Basic plumbing tasks, including faucet and kitchen disposal replacement
Removal and installation of light fixtures/exhaust bath fans
Material handling and jobsite organization
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Assisting Owner with all phases of bathroom remodeling projects
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and the Owner
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service while working in clients' homes
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, including drills, skill saws, and other common construction tools
Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials up to 100 lbs.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Remodeling, construction, or trade school experience is a plus
Minimum of one (1) years of experience in one of the following trades is a plus:
Sheetrock installation and finish to paint
Finish carpentry
Cabinet making and installation
Tile installation
Plumbing (installing toilets and faucets) and Electrical (installing light fixtures) experience is helpful
Four (4) 10-hour workdays per week
Three-day weekends every week
Stable, year-round work
Hands-on training across multiple remodeling trades
Performance-based pay increases tied directly to the skills you learn and demonstrate

The selected candidate must:
Successfully pass a criminal background check
Consent to random drug screenings as a condition of employment
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
