Must be on time EVERYDAY 8:30 to 5 no exceptions. Must have many years experience hanging and finishing sheetrock. Must have your own tools, must be able to work unsupervised and be able to complete. I shouldn't show up and see 4 sheets done in 2 hours, I'll just send you home. I have no time for lazy people. You want to talk on the phone, go home, you need to chain smoke cigarettes, go do it at home. I'm paying very well with potential bonuses at completion of remodels.
