Blevins, Inc. has an immediate opening for a dependable individual to fill a full-time Warehouse Relief Driver position. The ideal candidate is experienced in order picking, packing, loading, and accurately putting away merchandise. The candidate will be cross-trained in other areas but will primarily pull orders, load trucks, and receive products, assisting with local or regional deliveries when needed.
Blevins Equipment: 28' Box truck
What you will do…
- Order picking from manual pick tickets with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload materials (touch freight).
- Conduct local and regional deliveries.
- Receive products and put them away accurately.
- Maintain orderly paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Meet company accuracy standards.
- Work in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment.
- Load heavy materials onto trucks, lift and move up to 100 pounds, and drive a forklift.
- High School or Equivalent Education.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to manage "touch freight," including loading and unloading materials.
- Positive Attitude.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
- Forklift Experience a plus.
- CDL License is a plus.
- Experience driving a 28' box truck desired.
